vs. SWISH-E?

I had been implementing something for our intranet using SWISH-E, am I to understand that WebGlimpse uses more sophisticated analysis?

Not trying to troll or anything, just looking to see what's being done out there in the real world...

has some different features

Hello Dave

SWISH-e is indeed a pretty cool program, Webglimpse just offers a few different features - like integrating SQL queries into the full text search results, or using link popularity as an available variable in your customizable ranking algorithm, or generating search results as static pages at good URLs for external search engines to find. So it just depends on your application, what your needs are. Webglimpse itself doesn't do much analysis of the text, just a straight word index.
